Delivery And Returns Policy

Shipping Information

Most in-stock items ship within 24 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or South African public holidays.

Orders will arrive in approximately 7-10 business days via the South African Postal Service. E-mail with your tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your item has shipped. For International customers, any applicable duties and taxes will be assessed upon delivery, to be paid by the order recipient.

Please note that items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day, and occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock or backordered. You will be alerted in either instance and will be provided an approximate date of shipment. Rest assured any shipping delay would be communicated to you at the time of your order. Should any other unforeseen delay occur, you would be notified within 10 days of placing your order.

Customs, Tariffs And Taxes

For international orders, Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.

Backorders

If you place an order for an item that is not available for immediate shipment, it will be "backordered." You will be informed if an item is backordered at the time you add it to your shopping bag, and you will also be given an approximate date of shipment.

Cancellations

If an item is cancelled from your order for any reason, you will not be charged for the item.

Any shipping fees associated with making returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.

Sugarberry Trading 466cc (Kuna) is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns.

Returns & Refund Process

A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately two days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. Most returns will process in approximately two to three weeks, depending on your method of return.

All orders are refunded in South African Rands to the credit card used at the time of the original purchase. In the absence of that credit card, a store voucher will be issued to the value of your purchase only. Refunds on Returns will be made to items that have arrived is the same condition it was sent to you and within 14 days of your purchase. You may only return items bought off www.kuna.co.za. If you have bought an item from a boutique stocking Kuna clothing, you must return it to that specific store.

Exchanges

Before sending your exchange, please fill out the back of your packing list to indicate the type of exchange you'd like to make and enclose it in your package. Customers will have to cover the cost of Shipping the items back to Kuna, however KuNa will cover the cost of sending you your new item.
